This appointment is available for both new and existing customers. If you are new to Simple Technologies, this consultation is the best place to start. If you are an existing customer planning a new home build, business project, security upgrade, camera system, network expansion, parental control setup, senior technology support plan, or other larger request, this appointment helps us review the project properly before work begins.
Your consultation begins with a virtual meeting through Google Meet. After booking, you will receive an email with meeting details, including options to join by video or call in by phone.
During the consultation, we will gather information, discuss your goals, review possible options, answer questions, and determine the next step. Depending on the project, Simple Technologies may request an on-site consultation to inspect the location, review wiring, evaluate existing equipment, or prepare an accurate quote.
A $99 consultation fee is charged at the time of booking. This fee covers the consultation process for the same project or request, including the initial virtual meeting and any Simple Technologies-requested on-site consultation related to that same scope.
If you hire Simple Technologies within 30 days of receiving your quote, the $99 consultation fee will be credited toward your approved project or service.
